Our purpose is to lead kids in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. What you DO is critical for our ministry, but WHO you are in Christ is even more important. Your spiritual growth is just as important as that of the people we are asking you to lead. We want to help you discover how God has wired you to serve, and grow in using the gifts God has given you. We will clearly communicate expectations, provide training and equip you to thrive in your ministry area. We will provide opportunities to give feedback from your experience and dall we can to make sure you grow as your serve.
